The Theory of the Development of Civilizations in Galaxies (Post 9. CVIC2S1)

Based on the symbolism of inspired sources, it is possible to produce a theory concerning the development of civilizations in galaxies, such as the Milky Way Galaxy.  In The Creation, this theory is referred to as the theory of the development of civilizations in galaxies.  The most advanced civilizations, in this regard, are civilizations that employ mystical technology and are capable of journeying to distant stars.  These civilizations are referred to in The Creation as advanced interstellar civilizations.  They are advanced because they employ mystical technology, and they are interstellar  because they operate spaceships that are capable of journeying to distant stars in the Galaxy.  This is accomplished, either, by means of the propulsion system of the spaceship or a technological wormhole.  Both of these means of space travel are based on mystical technology, and do not involve rockets, as do man’s journeys into space at the present time.

Civilizations less advanced than advanced interstellar civilizations, but which also employ mystical technology, are referred to in The Creation as advanced civilizations.  There are believed to be two kinds of advanced civilizations that operate spaceships, which employ mystical technology, or once did so in the past.  The less advanced of these two civilizations is referred to in The Creation as an advanced planetary civilization.  This kind of civilization operates spaceships that are limited to celestial bodies that possess a magnetic field, such as the earth.  The more advanced of these two advanced civilizations is referred to in The Creation as an advanced stellar civilization.  This kind of civilization operates spaceships that are limited to travel within a stellar system, such as the solar system.  Neither the  spaceships of advanced planetary civilizations, nor advanced stellar civilizations, are capable of travel by means of a technological wormhole.  And because they do not possess primary propulsion systems that are based, solely, on mystical technology, neither are the spaceships of these two kinds of advanced civilizations capable journeying to distant stars in the Galaxy.  Inspired sources indicate that there are no advanced planetary civilizations or advanced stellar civilizations remaining in the Galaxy at the present time.  All of these have developed into advanced interstellar civilizations.  However, after man discovers and begins to employ mystical technology, his present civilization, which is based on material technology, will become an advanced civilization, based on mystical technology.

Man’s present civilization has not yet discovered mystical technology.  Therefore, despite its technological achievements, man’s civilization cannot be considered to be either an advanced civilization or an advanced interstellar civilization.  What then shall man’s civilization be called?  Prior to the maturation of man’s material technology, the latter was an immature material technology.  In The Creation, a civilization possessing an immature material technology is simply called a civilization.  Prior to the development of a civilization on earth, various primitive cultures existed, and these possessed immature material technologies, as well.   But man’s civilization, at the present time, is a civilization that possesses a mature material technology.  In The Creation, a civilization, such as this, is called a planetary civilization.  A planetary civilization is one that is global in scope, and possesses a mature material technology.  We shall have more to say about a planetary civilization, shortly.  However, there is one more civilization that is referred to in The Creation.  This civilization is called a crisis civilization.  A crisis civilization is one that possesses a mature material technology, but has remained a planetary civilization for too long a period of time without discovering mystical technology.  As a result, the stability of a crisis civilization is continually undermined by the stresses placed upon it by the various crisises that it faces.  The eventual fate of a crisis civilization, it is believed, is the collapse of the civilization.

The view taken in The Creation is that it is not advantageous for a planetary civilization, possessing a mature material technology, to continue to remain in this state, indefinitely.  Rather, it is important that it discovers and employs mystical technology.  In so doing the planetary civilization is spared the fate of becoming a crisis civilization, and at the same time, begins to develop in a way that will allow it to become an advanced interstellar civilization.

Following the development of a civilization possessing an immature material technology to a planetary civilization, possessing a mature material technology, such as is man’s civilization at the present time, the Creator’s  desire for that civilization, it is believed, is for it  to be transformed from a planetary civilization, based on material technology, to an advanced civilization, based on mystical technology.  Several kinds of advanced civilizations, each of which is based on mystical technology, appear to be possible.  The least advanced of these is the advanced terrestrial civilization.  This civilization is capable of operating land (tunnel) vehicles, based on mystical technology, but not sea vehicles or spaceships.  The next to lowest advanced civilization is the advanced oceanic civilization.   This civilization is capable of operating sea and land (tunnel) vehicles, based on mystical technology, but not spaceships.  The next to highest advanced civilization is the advanced planetary civilization.  This civilization is capable of operating advanced planetary spaceships, as well as sea and land (tunnel)vehicles, based on mystical technology.  However, these spaceships, though based on mystical technology, are not capable of operating beyond a certain point in the magnetic field  of the celestial body on which the spaceship is located.  It is possible that this magnetic field is supplemented by a magnetic field derived from mystical technology.

The most advanced of the advanced civilizations is the advanced stellar civilization. This civilization is capable of operating advanced stellar spaceships, as well as sea and land  (tunnel) vehicles, based on mystical technology.  However, these spaceships, though based on mystical technology, are not capable of operating beyond the stellar system in which they are located.  The reason for this is that their primary propulsion system is not one that employs mystical technology (though they possess other systems that do).   In addition to the advanced civilizations, mentioned above, advanced interstellar civilizations exist, also.  These civilizations are capable of operating advanced interstellar spaceships, as well as sea and land (tunnel) vehicles, all of which are based on mystical technology.  In addition, advanced interstellar spaceships employ the most advanced primary propulsion system known, one referred to in The Creation as electromagnetic supersymmetric propulsion.  This kind of propulsion, it is believed, allows the spaceship to make interstellar journeys either by means of its propulsion system or a technological wormhole.   A planetary civilization, such as man’s civilization at the present time, also operates spaceships.  However, these spaceships are based on material technology.  In The Creation, these spaceships are simply referred to as primitive spaceships.

With regard to the transformation of man’s planetary civilization based on material technology into an advanced civilization based on mystical technology, this, apparently, first involves the discovery by man of the existence of inspired sources.  By means of the knowledge conveyed by the symbolism of these inspired sources, man will be able to develop an understanding of the principles of mystical technology.  However, the assembly of a body of knowledge derived from the study of the symbolism of inspired sources is only the first step.  The next step is the actual discovery of the mystical realm, mystical technology, and the four primary mystical particles associated with that technology.  This probably will involve use of the instruments of mystical particle transfer.  It is possible that, initially, man may obtain these instruments by discovering them at a specific location on earth, where they have been placed for man to find by the living entities of an advanced interstellar civilization. However, as noted previously, man probably will need to demonstrate a capability to design and construct these instruments, as well.  When he has accomplished this, then the Creator, it is believed, will consider man’s planetary civilization to be transformed to an advanced civilization.

As for the kind of advanced civilization that man’s planetary civilization may become after its transformation, the four choices would appear to be:  (1) an advanced terrestrial civilization, (2) an advanced oceanic civilization, (3) an advanced planetary civilization, and (4) an advanced stellar civilization.  Because man’s future advanced civilization, undoubtedly, will be one that operates spaceships, the advanced terrestrial civilization and the advanced oceanic civilization need not be considered.  They do not operate spaceships.  Therefore, the choices remaining are the advanced planetary civilization and the advanced stellar civilization.  Because the advanced planetary civilization is the least advanced of the two advanced civilizations, mentioned above, it would, at first, seem logical that man’s planetary civilization will be transformed to an advanced planetary civilization.  However, inspired sources reveal that the transformation of man’s planetary civilization will probably bypass the advanced planetary civilization phase, and proceed to the advanced stellar civilization phase.  Presumably, the reason for this is that this will hasten the time, when man’s future advanced civilization is transformed to an advanced interstellar civilization.

When man’s planetary civilization, based on material technology, is transformed to an advanced stellar civilization, based on mystical technology, this will not be the end of the transformation of man’s civilization.  Eventually, man’s future advanced stellar civilization will be transformed to an advanced interstellar civilization, also based on mystical technology.  This may require a long period of time and may not be completed until the end of the present age.  But the time will come, when man will design, construct, and operate a spaceship capable of undertaking an interstellar voyage.  When this time arrives, and man does travel to a nearby stellar system and returns to earth, the Creator, it is believed, will then consider man’s advanced stellar civilization, based on mystical technology, to be transformed to an advanced interstellar civilization, also based on mystical technology.

At that time, in the eyes of the Creator, man will be prepared, technologically, for the end of the present age and the beginning of the future age, or as the latter is referred to in Christian eschatology-the age to come (Mt. 12:31-32).  Then, in the future age, redeemed man will be capable of serving Jesus Christ and the Creator, not only in a spiritual context as a spiritually mature redeemed people, who have declared Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and have received the Holy Spirit; but also in a technological context as a technologically mature redeemed people, who are capable of designing, constructing, and operating interstellar spaceships, based on mystical technology.

Commentary

In this chapter, Chapter 2, we will discuss the reasons why man's present civilization, based on material technology, must be transformed to an advanced civilization, based on mystical technology, and how this pertains to the end of the present age from the perspective of Christian eschatology.  In the first subhead of Chapter 2 of Volume I of The Creation, we discussed a theory concerning the development of civilizations in a galaxy, such as the Milky Way Galaxy.  It may seem presumptuous to some to discuss various kinds of civilizations that exist, or once did exist, in the Milky Way Galaxy, when none of these civilizations have yet to be discovered or identified by man.  However, inspired sources do depict the different kinds of spaceships that these civilizations employ, or once did employ (as well as the kinds of technological wormholes that they use).  Therefore, it is possible to correlate to some degree the technological advancement that pertains to the development of spaceships to the state of advancement of the civilizations that are associated with these spaceships.

If the theory of the development of civilizations in galaxies is correct, then man's planetary civilization is gradually moving in the direction of a crisis civilization and will continue to do so, until man discovers mystical technology.  Only then will man begin to transform his civilization from a planetary civilization based on material technology to an advanced civilization based on mystical technology.  A considerable number of years has passed since man's discovery of inspired sources in 1996.  But for some, that period of time has been one during which they have studied inspired sources and developed some understanding of the principles of mystical technology.  Now, the time has arrived for man to use the knowledge conveyed by the symbolism of inspired sources to discover the instruments of mystical particle transfer and begin to use mystical technology.  For additional information concerning the discovery of the instruments of mystical particle transfer and their use in mystical technology, see Posts 9-11 of the blog:  Inspired Sources, Symbolism, and Anomalies by Jack Hetrick (http://www.inspiredsourcessymbolismanomalies.blogspot.com).

Inspired sources reveal several places on earth where it may be possible for man to discover the instruments of mystical particle transfer and begin the transformation of man's planetary civilization to an advanced stellar civilization.  However, it is important that man realize that these places do exist, and that one's efforts to discover these instruments, that is, the helmet, the breastplate, and the sword, can succeed.  This may require not only intelligence, but faith and determination, as well.  It may be helpful during these searches to recall the words spoken by Jesus Christ in Mt 7:7,  "Ask and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:."  Perhaps, it could be added that he who seeks, will find, when his efforts are in harmony with the Creator's will and desire concerning the matter.  As for financial backing and material support, it is assumed that the Creator is capable of providing this in the measure that it is needed by those who chose to serve him in this way.  Although some may feel that the search for the three instruments of mystical particle transfer by man is a material rather than a spiritual quest, the Creator's will and desire concerning this matter, apparently, is for man to discover these instruments and begin to prepare himself, technologically, for the end of the present age (Mt. 12:31-32).  Therefore, viewed in this context, this quest is not simply a material quest, and those who view this quest as such, it is believed, will have missed the point.
